In the event that you engage us to provide property services or consultancy we will require the following to be certain of your identity (photo ID and some form of documentation with proof of your place of residence.) This information is all collected in the context of compliance with our anti-money laundering obligations.

We may use your bank account details, building society or similar account details for example if you are selling or letting through us in order to arrange payments due to you etc.

Where necessary (e.g. where you are looking to purchase or rent property), information relating to your financial means (such as documentary proof of funds).

We do not share personal information with third parties except as necessary to carry out our business or your request or as required by law or other legal processes, and we never sell your personal information. We may disclose your data in the event that we sell or buy any business or assets, in which case we may disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets.
